If your product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo of what was delivered to you to help@espressoandstone.com within two days of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your specific situation.

Our focus is on quality over quantity. Offering a small amount of well-made goods speaks to us louder than selling a large quantity of subpar products.

To get the most out of your Espresso & Stone candle, we recommend trimming the wick to approximately ¼ inch before lighting, remove any wick trimmings or debris from the wax, & always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

The first burn matters! Allow the first burn to continue until the melted wax reaches the edges of the vessel (or as close to it as possible), as this helps establish an even melt pool & prevents tunneling. We advise burning for roughly 2-4 hours at a time.

Stop burning your candle when approximately ½ inch of wax remains in the bottom of the vessel. This helps prevent the vessel from overheating.

Burn time is estimated around 75+ hours.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep the candle away from drafts, pets, children, & anything flammable. Never move the candle while the wax is melted or the vessel is hot.

Calacatta Viola Marble Candle, both nestled inside a subtle herringbone cotton drawstring pouch & accompanied by a complimentary matchbook.
